摘要： An HPLC procedure is described for the determination of four preservatives,p-hydroxy benzoic esters,incosmetic products. The method consists of the preservative extraction and chromatographic separation. Theconditions of HPLC were column: μBondapak-C_(18), columntemp:45℃,mobile phase:MeOH-0.02mol/LNH_4Ac(70 ∶30,V/V),flow rate:1.0mL/min,detector UV 254nm.The results for the recovery,the detec-tion linut,the linear range and CV are good.
