摘要： This paper describes a method for determining naringin in Fully Hair Regenerator by reversed-phaseHPLC with a 150mm×4.6mm i.d.YWGCis column.It is eluted with methanol-acetic acid-water(20∶ 4∶76)mixture at a flowrate of 1.0mL/min and detected at 283 nm.The coefficient of variation was less than1.0%,and the recoverv was more than 97.4%.The method is simple,rapid,sensitive and of excellent pre-cision.
